Had very nice stay for 2 nights with incredibly polite staff and favourable location close to the center. Location: the hotel was just off the bells that rang at all hours of the night as well as local cafes, restaurants, and galleries. Appreciated a plasma-screen TV, a personal safe and a seating area in the room. The beds and pillow were very comfy.

The hotel decor was genuinely good.
Unfortunately, our first room was excessively dark, disappointing given the hotel's otherwise beautiful interior. Although we were able to switch rooms, the initial inconvenience tarnished our experience. The noise from nearby street traffic kept us awake during the night.

The gardens and courtyards provide a serene retreat, and the sunset views from the balcony are amazing. Staff were generally helpful, especially when I needed recommendations for local dining options. The breakfast experience was disappointing. The coffee was lukewarm and the fruit was not fresh. Noise from nearby traffic could also be an issue, affecting sleep quality.

We had a good time at this place. We liked that it was a cozy and charming little hotel with a beautiful location near the historic center. the quiet atmosphere was a plus 😌, although the party next door that lasted until 3 in the morning was a bit much.
